Oedipus and the Sphinx.
He created a story based on an ancient Greek myth.
The Sphinx was a monster. She was sitting on the road. She didn't miss anyone and asked riddles. If he didn 't figure it out , she devoured him . Oedipus solved the riddle. The Sphinx plunged into the abyss and died.
