I read it in the list. I thought about it. And I went to read, and what was the situation with cargo in the era of sailing ships.
Everything was very interesting, it turns out. For example, barrels were placed up to half buried in pebbles, and then they began to fill them with water from a hose, starting from the central one. And the remaining space between them was plugged with firewood.
I can't imagine what hoses were made of in the era without rubber, but oh well.
