An illustration to an excerpt from the fairy tale "The Hare and the delicious willow": "The bear looked questioningly at the hare. The hare spread his paws and replied:
— The beaver offered to cut down the willow, and the woodpecker wanted to chop off the thickest branch.
— Oh, you! — said the bear to the beaver and the woodpecker. — Is it possible to chop branches and even more so an entire tree for the sake of leaves? And turning to the hare, he added: "Don't worry, hare! I'll help you right away!
— And how will you help me? — The hare asked incredulously.
— You'll see now... — the bear replied and walked up to the willow tree with the most serious look.
— Bear, forgive my incredulity, — said the hare, — but before you start helping, please tell me that how do you plan to do this?
— Elementary! Now I'm going to bend this willow, and you can eat as many leaves as you want!
At these words, Willow turned completely white. And the bear stood up on his hind legs and grabbed her so hard that the willow shook from the roots to the very top. The bear took a deep breath and pulled the willow towards him with force. The willow crunched, and the hare waved its paws and screamed:
— Bear, don't! Let her go."
Technique of execution: raster graphics. Digital illustration. I tried to convey to young readers and their parents the positive mood of the story, a positive outcome. To make kids fall in love with the animal world and nature. And to reveal the meaning of friendship.
